Extraction Canopies:
- Bespoke canopies from "wall style" to "island style" to suit your commercial kitchen and ensure compliancy. Available with optional integral fresh air supply.
- Manufactured to the highest standards using 304 grade, dull-polished, brushed-finish stainless steel, our canopies have fully-welded corners and baffle filters for grease collection, fronting an extract plenum.
- They have a 50mm grease channel all around, with grease collection trays as required and can be supplied with optional integral, low-energy canopy lighting.
- A “condense style” canopy can be fitted above dishwashing equipment, with optional extraction or condense water collection.
Additional Products:
- We can also provide a stainless steel services spine to support and enclose utility services, such as gas, electricity, and water supplies.
- Stainless steel wall cladding, canopy infills and fascias, commercial kitchen fire suppression systems, and gas safety interlock systems offer a failsafe to help maintain kitchen safety.
- Replacement and upgraded fan units.
- Recirculation canopy systems.
- Filtered fresh air make up systems.
- Fire Damper installations.
- We are able to offer a supply only service of bespoke ductwork from our experienced fabrication workshop.
Kitchen Ductwork Systems:
- Our comprehensive ductwork service includes sound attenuation as required. We supply fan anti-vibration mountings, with optional odour control using carbon filtration, ozone, or electrostatic methods.
- With electronic, transformer, or inverter variable speed controllers, we have supply and extract fans for every application.
- Kitchen ventilation systems are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of installation.
